These are "Hospitality Industry" events for Bay Area Concierge Association members and especially invited guests only. You must be 21+ to attend and attendance is at your own risk.
1. Event Registration Fee’s
All events will have a $10 standard registration fee. This fee is used to cover event expenses, tips for servers or for donation. Event Registration is currently done through EventBrite.com with the registration fee being paid online with credit card or cash when signing in at the event.
The Board of Directors can decide to modify the standard fee at any time prior to the event registration notice goes out to the membership.
2. No Shows
If a reservation is made to attend an event then payment must be received. Payment is accepted at time of booking, at event or via invoice sent after event. If a member does not attend or does not pay at the event then they are to be invoiced.
The event manager will provide a list of No Shows to the Treasurer no later than a week after the event so invoices can go out for payment.
3. Transfer of RSVP
Event reservations cannot be transferred to another event if requested after the event RSVP deadline. If a reservation is made and a member is unable to attend the event then BACA must be notified before the RSVP deadline.
4. Cancellation
If a person cancels after the RSVP deadline, the member will be invoiced as a no-show. Cancellations due to Emergencies must be communicated to events@bayareaconcierge.com prior to the RSVP deadline.
5. Refunds
There will be no refunds for registrations and those invoiced due to a no-show. Exceptions must be approved by the Board of Directors.
