Bay Area Concierge Corporate Officers & Directors at Large

The Board of Directors have the responsibility to provide leadership, financial control and to ensure that the organization has a mission, goals and a strategy to implement these goals through the day to day work of the organization. Each Director holds office for one year.  All Officers can serve two (2) consecutive terms in their appointed seat.  Terms of office may be extended by recommendation of the Board of Directors and ratification by majority of voting membership through ballot vote. -- Our By-Laws
