Ū•lë•lē Spring Brewery in Tampa

What a great time we had last night at Ū•lë•lē Spring Brewery in Tampa!

We had our first membership meeting which was loaded with information about what the board has been discussing, the growth of our membership, our financial processes and what is in the pipeline for future events.

We were honored to have in attendance three new affiliates, staff from a new hotel, two new members, plus we received a membership application during this event! Our new friends found B.A.C.A. via our website, social media presence, Membership Development Committee outreach and our affiliation with SKAL.

Jeff Houck, Vice President of Marketing for Columbia Restaurant Group, spoke about the history of Ū•lë•lē and Brewmaster, Tim Shackton spoke of his love for beer and Tampa. Both were warm, engaging and shared their love of community and passion for what they do for and at Ū•lë•lē. The education we received was the icing on the cake in addition to the warm reception they provided for us.  View their Website

The food was simply awesome, as was the venue! We were offered a lovely private courtyard area with our very own “Trolley Bar” serving complimentary beer and wine, which was very cool. We are proud to say that everyone who committed to attendance, came, outside of two last minute cancellations.

April and Devon, our servers were delightful and offered us top notch service. We collected $310.00 as a small token for them, to show our appreciation for a job well done. We also thank Emily Johnson, Private Dining & Special Events Manager, Grace Gonzalez, Marketing and PR Manager and our dear friend Michael Kilgore, for making this event possible and easy to organize.

We thank everyone at Ū•lë•lē Spring Brewery and the Columbia Restaurant Group for this wonderful evening that we will not soon forget.
