MidiCi Neapolitan Pizza – Tyrone Mall, St. Petersburg
Ché tempo fantastico abbiamo avuti a MidiCi!! The warm and genuine hospitality could be felt even before we entered. Hannah, the bartender, delighted us with some starting drinks as members came in. Then, some well crafted appetizers were presented and Daniel, the very attentive General Manager, shared a couple of welcoming words. After that, we moved to the reserved dining area to continue the experience.
Omar and Kloud, diligently, took our salad orders to take them to Darius, the salad master, as Dan continued explaining to us what makes MidiCi not your average pizzeria. You cannot forget the gallant black olive tree planted in the dining room, which is the focus of attention, together with the 2 huge forni di argilla (clay ovens) clearly visible on the open kitchen area where guests can see their entrées being prepared. Then, it was time to order our pizzas and refresh our drinks.
Then, the magic begun in the hands of Justin, the Assistant General Manager who prepared and stretched the dough, Rob, the Pizziolo, who crafted each pizza and Ed, who carefully baked them in the forni. Odellis made sure that our china and silverware were spotless. Even Dan rolled his sleeves and got in the kitchen to assist on dispatching the orders. Oh, and what can I say about the Nutella calzone?
Only one thing: THERE GOES THE DIET! And the presentation? Bellissima! Needless to say, from the flawless service, the exquisite food and the beautiful venue, I will surely recommend MidiCi Neapolitan Pizza Co, not only to my guests but also to my friends and family.
