Our organization was originally founded by three past members, Gretchen Lyckberg, Theresa Crane and Todd Altadonna, who had the foresight to form B.A.C.A. to inspire and maintain the highest standards of service and integrity in the concierge profession in the Tampa Bay area.  We provide unique hands-on educational events and experiences at attractions, restaurants and other local points of interest, all with a focus of enhancing their guest's visit in the Tampa Bay Area.

Our mission to support the growing tourist industry in the Tampa Bay area, and promote education and exceptional service to hotel guests and the hospitality industry.
